Serve as the primary student contact for academic and admin support across calls, emails, and chat. Track progress, ensure timely submissions, resolve queries, drive re-registrations, and optimize workflows to boost student satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile

1–3 years in academic support/counselling. Possesses strong communication, CRM/Excel skills, conflict resolution, and weekend rotational availability.
