Key Responsibilities
- Subject Delivery: Deliver engaging, structured tutoring sessions in Primary and Secondary English and Mathematics
- Student Mentorship: Apply innovative pedagogical methods to inspire, motivate, and uplift students
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, mark completed work, and provide meaningful feedback to help students improve
- Parent Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with parents regarding student academic progress and development
- In-Person Session Management: Facilitate small-group or one-on-one sessions at designated tutoring centers/locations in Thane and Mulund
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Education (B.Ed, Integrated B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or relevant pedagogical/university education major)
