Job Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for school teachers, principals, and academic coordinators in online and in-person formats.

• Visit partner schools using Next Education’s products (training materials, textbooks, Digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement programs.
  
• Train and support teachers in the effective usage, implementation, and integration of Next Education’s Computer Science curriculum and digital solutions.
  
• Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, coding tools, and classroom-ready teaching methodologies.
  
• Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products across schools.
  
• Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with internal teams.
  
• Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals, and reference guides.
  
• Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance training quality and curriculum effectiveness.
  
• Organize and facilitate workshops, certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic events for educators.
  
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports.
  
• Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required.
  
  Qualifications & Skills
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or academic support in Computer Science or related subjects.
  
• Strong understanding of school-level Computer Science concepts, coding fundamentals, and digital learning tools.
  
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to engage, motivate, and guide educators effectively.
  
• Comfortable working in a field-based role and willing to travel to assigned schools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in an EdTech organization or academic training role.
  
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital classrooms.
  
• Knowledge of basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Scratch) or emerging technologies.
