Academic Program Manager

The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with higher-education institutions and driving business growth for the College Connect business.

A few key areas of responsibility include:

1. Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions.
2. Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T EduTechs presence across the higher-education ecosystem.
3. Build relationships with key academic and institutional stakeholders, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Principals, Placement Heads, and senior leadership.
4. Understand institutional requirements and present relevant L&T EduTech solutions across academic programs, industry-aligned learning, skilling, assessments, and technology-enabled offerings.
5. Manage the complete partnership lifecycle — from prospect identification and initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, implementation, and long-term relationship management.
6. Identify opportunities for curriculum integration, industry-academia initiatives, certification programs, employability initiatives, faculty development, and co-branded programs.
7. Drive partnership-led business growth through opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiations, and achievement of business targets.
8. Stay abreast of higher-education trends, market developments, institutional needs, and emerging partnership opportunities.
9. Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Academic, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
10. Build and manage a strong institutional pipeline while tracking key partnership metrics, conversions, business closures, and growth opportunities.
