1. Academic Counselor - Academic Counselor

• Openings: 300 (Freshers & Experienced)
• Experience: 05 Years
• Location: Bangalore
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Employment Type: Full-time, client’s payroll
• Salary: Fixed + Incentives
• Education for Fresher: Any except B.E/B.Tech
• For Exp : Any education

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• B.E./B.Tech graduates are not eligible for fresher positions.
• Candidates with sales experience from any industry are welcome.
• EdTech or education industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Laptop is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and cold calling.
• Explain courses, fees, and academic offerings.
• Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain reports.

Interview Process: Face-to-face interview in Bangalore/Chennai.
