About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide students from Science and related educational backgrounds in choosing suitable career and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Speak with students and prospective learners to understand their academic and career requirements.
* Provide appropriate information and counseling regarding the company's courses and services.
* Communicate with leads through calls, follow-ups, and regular interactions.
* Build positive relationships with prospective students and assist them throughout their decision-making process.
* Handle admission-related discussions and address student queries effectively.
* Follow up with interested candidates and work towards converting leads into admissions.
* Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
* Support overall business and revenue growth within the EdTech environment.
