Role Description The Academic Counselor (Overseas Education) will provide individualized guidance to students exploring international study options, including program selection, university shortlisting, and country choice. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing academic backgrounds and goals, explaining admission requirements, and supporting students through application and documentation processes. The role also involves coordinating with universities and partners, organizing information sessions, maintaining accurate records, and following up with students and families throughout the admission and visa journey. The counselor will collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely communication and a positive student experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.

• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to guide learners through program and university selection.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Career Counseling skills to align academic choices with long-term career objectives.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Education systems and admission processes in major study destinations.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in overseas education consulting, admissions, or related student support services.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Candidates should be comfortable using digital tools and CRM or student management systems for tracking and communication.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
