Role & responsibilities

• Meeting monthly, quarterly admission & yearly fresh admission numbers
• Enquiry follow up
• Tele counselling of leads
• Maintaining proper records in system
• Selling of Prospectus
• Post admission relationship with students
• Generating references from admitted students
• Achieving Fresh Collections revenue

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be passionate about student engagement and capable of driving admissions through effective counselling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries and guide prospective parents/students through the admission process
• Conduct counselling sessions and follow-ups to achieve admission targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless admission operations
• Participate in school events, campaigns, and promotional activities
