Academic Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Engage in student enrollment and new client acquisition.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain strong and professional communication with students and parents.
• Understand student/parent requirements and provide suitable information about courses and programs.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments by effectively explaining the benefits of Nishchaya Classes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Must have a personal laptop
• Proficient in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic environment
• Immediate Joiner

Perks and benefits

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Salary During Probation: Up to 12,000 per month + incentives
• Post-Probation Salary: 1.75 lakh to 2.25 lakh per annum (based on performance)
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the base pay
