Academic Counsellor

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding PW courses, batches, and academic programs.
• Drive enrollments through inbound and outbound calls, regular follow-ups, and personalized counselling.
• Understand students academic backgrounds, learning needs, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course structures, features, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes clearly.
• Handle student and parent queries, objections, and concerns effectively to improve lead conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Stay updated on relevant exam patterns, syllabus changes. PW courses, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, counselling, telecalling sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Prior experience in EdTech, student counselling or educational sales will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment
• Willingness to work from home with a stable internet connection and a functional laptop
