Job Title: Academic Counselor
Locations: Ahmedabad | Bangalore | Noida | Mumbai | Pune | Surat | Chandigarh
Experience: Min. 2 years in selling Online UG, PG programmes
CTC: Upto 7 LPA
Work Days: 6 Days (Mon-Sat), Work From Office

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a group of students and take complete ownership of their admission journey.
- Drive student counseling from lead to admission closure
- Track team performance, conversions, and call quality
- Train and mentor counselors on pitch and product knowledge
- Handle escalations from students/parents
- Report performance to management regularly
- Coordinate with marketing/admissions for better lead conversion
Requirements
- 2.5+ yrs experience (ed-tech mandatory)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Kannada mandatory for Bangalore role
- Graduate; MBA a plus
