• Counsel prospective students regarding academic programmes and career opportunities.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Follow up consistently with prospective students.

• Convert qualified leads into admissions while meeting monthly targets.

• Maintain complete records in CRM.

• Coordinate with operations and university partners during the admission process.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

• Stay updated on available programmes, admission processes, and university policies.
