Role & responsibilities

1. Counsel students and parents on educational programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.

2. Manage inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries effectively.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student interaction records in the CRM system.

4. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

5. Organize and participate in counseling sessions, career fairs, and promotional events.

6. Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission process.
