Academic Counsellor

Role Summary
As an Education Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling in our online degree programs. Your role will involve understanding their academic and career
aspirations, providing accurate information, and guiding them through the decision-making and enrollment process. This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact and counsel prospective students through phone, email, and WhatsApp
Understand student needs, goals, and background to recommend appropriate programs
Provide information about universities, courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process
Follow up consistently to support the student decision cycle and close leads

Maintain updated records in CRM.
Meet daily and monthly call volume and enrollment targets
Collaborate with team members and team leads for best practices and lead sharing

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, customer support, or a related field. Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasive communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and adaptability to changing business needs.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
