Academic Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic counsellor / senior academic counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with Doctors and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right courses and programmes. This is a high-impact role that blends counselling with consultative sales to drive enrolments and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end course promotion and sales for assigned programmes Engage with Doctors and Healthcare Professionals to understand their requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions
• Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our courses
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners to ensure a high conversion rate
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
