Academic Counsellor

Job Overview
We are hiring Academic Counsellors with experience in EdTech sales to counsel prospective students and drive enrollments for Online MBA & PGDM programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and other virtual channels.
• Understand students' educational and career requirements.
• Counsel candidates and recommend suitable Online MBA/PGDM programs.
• Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and other program details.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
• Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, particularly UG/PG course selling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good counseling and sales aptitude.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with relevant education-sales experience preferred.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: Up to 5 LPA, depending on interview/performance.
• Working Days: 6 days a week; Sunday fixed off.
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.
• Interview Mode: Virtual.
• Openings: 10 positions.
• Notice Period: Candidates available to join immediately/at short notice may be preferred.
