Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education abroad, guiding them on course selection, university options, and application procedures.
• Utilize EdTech platforms to manage student interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop strong relationships with international universities and institutions to stay updated on their programs and requirements.
• Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in education counseling or a related field (admission counselling).
• Strong proficiency in Malayalam language is required for effective communication with local clients.
• Familiarity with EdTech tools such as CRM software for managing client interactions.
• Any Bachelor's degree.
