Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
• Explain course details, fee structure, and career scope to prospective students.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
• Maintain student inquiry records and admission data.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission activities.
• Achieve monthly admission targets. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
