About this role
Hiring Academic Counsellors | Admission Counsellors | Inside Sales Pune, Pimpri - Chinchwad, Viman Nagar!
We are looking for 1–3 years experienced professionals in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales or EdTech Sales.
Counsel students for Online UG & PG Degree Programs and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp & email leads, follow-ups and lead conversion.
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets while handling objections and closing sales.
Maintain leads and communication records using CRM tools – NPF / LSQ.
Strong communication, convincing & sales skills required; Hindi & English mandatory, regional languages preferred.
Location: Pune | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives.
