Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Utilize EdTech platforms to manage client interactions, track progress, and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that promote our services to potential clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales or education counseling.
• Strong understanding of the EdTech industry and its trends.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
