Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
• Develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to stay updated on their programs and requirements.
• Utilize technology platforms (e.g., CRM software) to manage student interactions, track progress, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing strategies for educational services.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in academic counseling or related field (edtech/educational sales).
• Strong understanding of the education industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM software.
