Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on various educational programs and courses offered by the institution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote our educational services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities for growth in the education sector.
• Manage a team of counselors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales or educational sales.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in inside sales techniques and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of the education industry trends, policies, and regulations.
