Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide academic guidance to students on various courses, colleges, and universities.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (students) to promote educational programs.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activity.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (educational sales/edtech).
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
• Ability to work independently in an inside sales environment with minimal supervision.
