Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct telephonic conversations with students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
• Provide guidance on various courses, programs, and institutions based on student's interests and requirements.
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, telesales, or other means of lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, including notes taken during calls.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in inside sales or related field (educational services).
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with students.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using technology for telecalling software applications.
