Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote educational programs and services.
• Provide guidance on course selection, program requirements, and career opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business leads and closing deals.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or related field.
• Strong cold calling and outbound calling skills with ability to handle rejection.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
