Academic Counsellor

Job Summary

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for passionate and target-driven Direct Sales Executives to drive student enrollments by engaging with students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, and recommending suitable learning solutions.

This is a field + inside sales role involving lead generation, customer interaction, home visits, product demonstrations, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, and other outreach activities.
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Interact with students and parents to understand their academic needs.
• Recommend suitable learning programs and solutions.
• Conduct in-person/home visits and product demonstrations.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Close sales and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors Degree is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply, provided graduation/exams are completed.
• Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Work Details

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Fixed Week Off: Monday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:009:30 PM
• Laptop: Mandatory
• 2-Wheeler: Mandatory for valid home conductions/visits.
