Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide academic guidance to students on various courses, colleges, and universities.
• Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients to understand their educational needs and preferences.
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and achieve revenue goals through effective communication with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales role.
• Strong Communication Skills for effective telecalling conversations with clients.
• Experience in Consultative Sales or Academic Counselling preferred but not mandatory.
