Academic Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutions of higher education to stay updated on their programs and requirements.
• Utilize edtech platforms to manage student data, track progress, and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that promote our services as an educational consultant.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in academic or career counseling, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of B2C sales principles and practices in institutional sales or international sales.
• Proficiency in using whitehat tools such as CRM software for lead management and customer relationship building.
