Academic Counsellor

We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to engage prospective students via phone and digital channels, explain course offerings, address queries, and convert leads into enrolled candidates

• Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calling, follow-up, maintaining CRM records, conducting eligibility assessments, and coordinating with admissions and faculty
• The role requires excellent communication, persuasive counselling, and relationship-building skills
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Prior experience in education counselling, telesales, or admissions preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, target-driven mindset, and ability to work flexible hours are essential
