Job Description
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Academic Counsellors to join our growth team at MG Road, Bengaluru.
If you possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi and are looking for a high-growth role with attractive fixed pay plus high earning potential through incentives, this opportunity is for you. Freshers with excellent verbal skills and candidates with experience in customer support, sales, or EdTech sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to counsel them on suitable educational offerings and learning programs.
- Conduct lead follow-ups, handle inquiries, and drive conversions through consultative guidance.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their academic requirements, and explain program benefits effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and monthly operational goals.
- Maintain clean records of communication and lead status within the system.
Requirements & Key Skills
- Languages: Excellent fluency in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates (Prior exposure to EdTech sales, BPO/Customer Service, inside sales, or telesales is a strong plus).
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
- Attributes: High persuasive ability, strong interpersonal skills, target-oriented mindset, and active listening skills.
Work Details & Compensation
- Work Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Interview Process: Virtual Rounds (Quick & Remote Selection)
- Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 28,000 Take Home (32,000 CTC) + Uncapped Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 47,000 Take Home (Based on interview performance & last drawn salary) + Uncapped Incentives
