Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day academic operations and training activities.
• Prepare and manage training schedules, timetables, and academic calendars.
• Coordinate with trainers, faculty members, students, and internal teams.
• Monitor trainer attendance, class schedules, session completion, and batch progress.
• Maintain student records, attendance sheets, assessment results, and academic documentation.
• Ensure timely communication of class schedules, examinations, assignments, and academic updates.
• Track student participation, performance, feedback, and course completion.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, assignments, workshops, and academic events.
• Follow up with trainers regarding session plans, training materials, and course delivery.
• Prepare periodic academic reports and share updates with management.
• Resolve student and trainer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Support the academic team in improving training quality and learner satisfaction.
• Ensure academic processes and institutional guidelines are followed effectively.
