They have to mandatorily take 2 classes everyday : train teachers (of their subjects) everyday : correct 100 notebooks everyday :

• 1. Ensuring all new teachers are properly set and taking classes properly
• 2. Teach the teachers on classroom management skills
• 3. Take trainings of teachers everyday
• 4. Have to take minimum 2 periods everyday
• 5. Correct 100 notebooks everyday / track which all teachers (of their subject) is lacking in corrections and maintain the report and ensure the lagging corrections are updated
• 6. Fill up for any teacher who is suddenly missing
• 7. Preprimary HOD has to take 2 hours of training sessions everyday : teachers and maids
