Academic Coordinator (Faculty & Content Development)

Who We Are Looking For

A responsible, energetic and self-driven individual who can independently handle faculty identification, student outreach, academic coordination and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate with suitable teachers/lecturers for different subjects.
• Approach faculty members and coordinate 5-minute demo/introductory recordings.
• Search and collect previous question papers and PYQs from relevant universities/colleges.
• Identify M.Tech students from ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, CSE (AI/ML), ECE (Data Science) and related disciplines for answer-writing assignments.
• Coordinate the verification/review of answers by subject teachers.
• Maintain systematic records of faculty, students, question papers and academic assignments.
• Identify suitable II-year and III-year B.Tech students from selected engineering colleges on a college-wise basis.
• Coordinate with students, faculty members and answer writers to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Undertake other academic and institute-related coordination activities as required.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate;B.Com/B.sc/ B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Telugu preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to search, communicate, coordinate and follow up systematically.
• Candidates with experience in academic institutions, EdTech, faculty coordination or student outreach will be preferred.

Perks and benefits

Canditate must have two wheeler with driving licence, fixed salary of 25,000 per month with 5,000 for petrol charges.
