We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ACADEMIC CO-ORDINATOR for our preschool in Perumbakkam,India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educational program, ensuring that all children receive high-quality instruction and support in their early learning journey.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities for preschool children.
Coordinate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic development environment for children.
Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and staff.
Organize and participate in school events and community outreach programs.
Maintain records of children's progress and manage administrative tasks related to curriculum planning.
Should concentrate on leads also

Skills and Qualifications

Any degree, Montessori Experience is an added advantage.
2-4 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education environment.
Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents, children, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills for administrative tasks and record-keeping.

LOCATION - PERUMBAKKAM

School Timings 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday , All Saturdays and Sundays off
