Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new university and college partnerships within the assigned territory by engaging with key academic stakeholders such as Vice Chancellor, Director, Dean, HOD, and Placement Head.

- Drive adoption of official academic training programs including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Oracle, and NVIDIA for students and faculty.

- Lead institutional engagement initiatives such as MoU discussions, campus visits, workshops, faculty development programs, and student training collaborations.

- Manage end-to-end partnership execution by coordinating with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful program implementation.

- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting, including tracking sales pipeline, institutional meetings, partnership progress, and territory performance against individual targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or university alliance management within the Education, EdTech, or technology training sector.

- Proven experience in building and managing partnerships with higher education institutions such as universities and colleges.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior academic leadership.

- Comfortable with frequent travel and managing on-ground engagements across the assigned territory.

- Self-driven professional with the ability to manage individual targets, sales pipeline, and CRM reporting independently.
