Job Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic, customer-centric Academic Advisor / Mentor to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students, managing student retention, providing academic support, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Advisory & Mentorship: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, offering guidance, motivation, and support throughout their course programs.
• Retention & Engagement: Track student progress, identify at-risk learners, and implement proactive retention strategies to minimize dropouts.
• Query Resolution: Efficiently address student queries related to coursework, schedules, exams, and platform navigation via calls, emails, or chat.
• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with students to enhance satisfaction and promote positive learning outcomes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty and internal operations teams to ensure smooth academic delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Advisory, Academic Mentoring, Student Retention, or High-Touch Customer Service / BPO roles.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
