Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (EdTech Sales, Retention, Academic Mentor, or Advisory roles)

Salary: Up to 45,000 Take-Home (Based on experience)

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Academic Advisor to manage our post-sales student engagement and retention process. In this role, you will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between the student and the university, driving student satisfaction, academic progression, and semester re-registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Mentorship & Engagement: Serve as the primary university contact, guiding students through their academic journey, tracking course progress, and encouraging timely submission of assignments, project synopses, and reports.
• Query Resolution: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address academic and administrative queries (including LMS access, fee payments, and semester requirements).
• Retention & Re-Registration: Drive high student retention rates, semester-on-semester re-registrations, and overall program completion metrics.
• Student Onboarding & Support: Onboard learners, provide precise information regarding university session calendars, and maintain high active learner rates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with university departments and internal teams to escalate priority issues, resolve grievances, and ensure responses within established Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Process Excellence: Utilize data-driven insights and conflict resolution skills to reduce repeat complaints, improve outbound call connect rates, and meet strict quality parameters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech retention, student mentorship, academic advisory, or sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Must be a Graduate (any discipline).
