Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling for various courses offered by our organization.
  
• Provide accurate and timely information about course details, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and other relevant aspects of student admissions.
  
• Identify potential leads and convert them into prospective students by addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive customer interactions over phone calls.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to student admissions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in academic admission counseling or sales (preferably in an education industry).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle outbound calling activities effectively.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers over phone calls.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
