AC & Earthing Technician ( AC Specilist) Role Summary Responsible for complete AC-side installation and earthing work of rooftop solar systems ensuring safety, compliance, and grid readiness. Key Responsibilities AC wiring from inverter to LT panel / MDB Proper earthing installation (LA, body, DC earthing) Cable laying, gland dressing, termination Installation of ACDB, LT panels, and protection systems Testing of earthing resistance using tools Ensure all safety norms (PPE, shutdown protocols) Coordination with DISCOM during grid connection (if required) Required Skills Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and earthing systems Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLD) Basic troubleshooting of AC faults Safety-first mindset Qualification ITI Electrician / Diploma Electrical 2+ years experience in AC/electrical work (solar preferred) Salary 18,000 22,000 / month Mandatory Own bike + valid driving license Willingness for site travel

2. DC & Client Communication Technician ( DC Specialist) Role Summary Handles DC installation (panel to inverter) along with client interaction, site coordination, and basic system explanation. Key Responsibilities Solar panel stringing and DC wiring MC4 connector crimping and cable routing Inverter connection (DC side) System labeling and documentation Customer handling at site (explaining system basics) Coordination with internal teams (PM, scheduler) Assist in commissioning and basic testing Required Skills Knowledge of solar DC systems Good communication & customer handling skills Ability to manage small site-level issues independently Basic understanding of inverter systems Qualification ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics) 1–3 years experience in solar DC work Salary 18,000 – 22,000 / month Mandatory Own bike + valid driving license Comfortable in client-facing role

3. Fabrication & Structure Technician ( Fabrication Specialist) Role Summary Responsible for structure installation and fabrication work, including module mounting structures and special site solutions. Key Responsibilities Installation of module mounting structures (RCC / Metal roofs) On-site fabrication, cutting, drilling, and fitting Welding work (if required) Alignment and leveling of structures Installation of walkways, supports, and sprinkler adjustments Ensure structural stability and safety compliance Required Skills Hands-on experience in fabrication and structure fitting Ability to use tools like drilling machine, grinder, welding machine Understanding of rooftop conditions and load handling Qualification ITI Fitter / Welder / Fabricator 2+ years experience in structure/fabrication work Salary 18,000 – 22,000 / month Mandatory Own bike + valid driving license Ready for outdoor & height work
