AADM – Unit Manager

We are looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team as AADM / Unit Manager. The role involves building and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors and driving business through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
• Train, motivate, and manage advisors to achieve business targets.
• Generate business through the Agency Channel.
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving their goals.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing; field sales experience preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with Life Insurance, Agency Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development experience are preferred.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Candidate should be a local resident.
• Age: 21–30 years.
• This is a field-based role.
