Job Description:
- Calling insurance companies in the US to follow-up on claims
- Review EOB/ERA, denials and understand the denial reason and initiate appropriate actions
- Analyze denials and work on rejections
- Should be able to effectively use payor websites
- Will be in the RCM process involving data analysis
- Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified timeframes as part of the companys overall mission
Job Requirement:
- Fluent verbal communication abilities in the English language
- Basic working knowledge of computers
- Willingness to work continuously on night shifts
- College degree preferred
