Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Framework Engineer with strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LLM frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and API-based services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
• Build AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or CrewAI.
• Develop RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval and response generation.
• Integrate LLMs with vector databases and enterprise data sources.
• Build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and AWS Bedrock.
• Optimize prompts, retrieval quality, response accuracy, latency and performance.
• Implement logging, monitoring, error handling and security controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Support testing, CI/CD, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or CrewAI.
• Practical experience building RAG-based applications.
• Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering and cloud deployment.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or AWS Bedrock.
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• AI application monitoring, security and performance optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 48 years of relevant engineering experience, practical Generative AI implementation experience and the ability to develop and deploy RAG-based applications. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred, subject to the approved salary budget of 11 LPA.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 4–8 years of relevant experience, strong Python skills, hands-on Generative AI development, at least one LLM framework, RAG, vector databases and FastAPI experience will be preferred. Exposure to AWS/AWS Bedrock, CI/CD and production deployment is desirable. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period are preferred.
