Role & responsibilities

This is a field sales role

As an Apprentice Trainee, you will:

• Support business development initiatives through identification and empanelment of Channel Partners, DSAs, and referral networks.
• Develop an understanding of partner management, relationship building, and distribution expansion.
• Learn the end-to-end customer onboarding journey, including lead generation, customer sourcing, documentation, login, underwriting, sanction, and booking processes.
• Assist in sourcing and processing loan applications while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, and Product teams to facilitate smooth case movement.
• Track applications through various stages of the loan lifecycle and support timely resolution of queries.
• Participate in customer interactions and partner engagement activities to understand market dynamics and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate willing to do sales.
