Job Description :
We are hiring experienced US PPC Flight Sales consultant proficient in English and Spanish, with expertise in international flight sales, inbound PPC calls, and booking conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound PPC calls and convert leads into confirmed flight bookings.
- Assist customers with flight fares, routes, ticketing, and booking amendments.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer objections.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US PPC flight sales.
- Fluency in English or Spanish; Spanish-speaking sales agents are also welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of international flight bookings and airline fare rules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Amadeus GDS knowledge preferred.
