Role Summary
We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to support onboarding, background verification (BGV), employee documentation, and HR operations activities. The role requires close coordination with candidates, employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and compliant employee onboarding experience. Based on HR Operations workstreams, key responsibilities include onboarding, BGV coordination, employee data management, and employee orientation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Coordinate background verification (BGV) processes with vendors and track closure within defined timelines.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and records.
• Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee induction, orientation, and policy communication.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS related to onboarding and BGV.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 0-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, BGV,
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ATS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
