About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in architectural visualization, interior rendering, and realistic 3D presentations. The candidate should be able to convert architectural drawings and design concepts into high-quality visual renders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
• Develop realistic interior and exterior visualizations.
• Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Work closely with architects and the design team to meet project requirements.
• Prepare material, lighting, texture, and camera setups for realistic renders.
• Make revisions based on client and team feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of renders and project presentations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and composition.
• Good visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing architectural or interior visualization work is required.
