Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and meticulous 3D Visualiser to produce photorealistic architectural renderings, animations, and visual presentations for luxury residential developments. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into compelling visual experiences that support design development, marketing, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D architectural models, photorealistic renders, and walkthrough animations for luxury residential projects.
• Create interior and exterior visualizations that accurately represent design intent, materials, lighting, landscaping, and surroundings.
• Create high-quality 2D Photoshop-rendered architectural plans by enhancing CAD drawings with textures, colours, materials, landscaping, furniture, and graphical elements to produce visually compelling presentation-ready layouts.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, and the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visualization outputs.
• Produce conceptual as well as final presentation renders for design reviews, investor presentations, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns.
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials, and post-production techniques to achieve premium-quality visuals.
• Prepare animated walkthroughs, flythroughs, and cinematic project presentations.
• Incorporate design revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and project timelines.
• Ensure consistency in visual standards across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, rendering technologies, AI-assisted visualization tools, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with external visualization agencies whenever required and review deliverables for quality compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably in luxury residential or commercial real estate.
• Strong portfolio highlighting high-quality architectural renders and animations.

Proficiency in:

• SketchUp
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• 3ds Max / D5 Render
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer (preferred)
• Lumion / Twin motion (preferred)
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
• AI visualization tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar (preferred)

Key Competencies

• Strong artistic sense with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, colour, materials, and spatial visualization.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design intent accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for luxury design.
• Experience working on premium or luxury residential projects.
• Exposure to branded residences, hospitality, or high-end mixed-use developments.
• Experience creating marketing-quality CGI images and architectural animations.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and architectural design processes.
