Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and technical drafting.
• Strong expertise in Part Modeling, Surface Modeling, and Product Development.
• Experience in creating and managing Assemblies and detailed component structures.
• Ability to prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing and procurement.
• Knowledge of developing Production Files, including manufacturing drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Understanding of product design for manufacturability and production processes.
• Ability to convert concepts, sketches, and ideas into production-ready 3D models.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing techniques, and quality requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative toy products using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
• Prepare and maintain complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for all product designs.
• Generate production-ready files and documentation for manufacturing.
• Develop part models and assembly structures as per design requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on production feedback.
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in 3D Product Design, preferably in toys, furniture, consumer products, or manufacturing industries.
• Freshers with exceptional SolidWorks skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.
