3D Interior Designer

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and develop design concepts.
• Handle client meetings, design discussions and regular coordination.
• Prepare material, colour, furniture and finish presentations.
• Create 3D models and photorealistic interior renders.
• Prepare multiple design views and revisions as per client feedback.
• Prepare BOQs, quantities and project specifications.
• Coordinate approved designs with the AutoCAD and execution teams.
• Maintain client approvals, revision records and meeting points.
• Ensure consistency between design, BOQ and final execution.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and interior materials.
• Proficiency in SketchUp/3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona/Enscape.
• Basic AutoCAD and Photoshop knowledge.
• Experience in commercial interiors, modular furniture or turnkey projects will be preferred.
