Role & responsibilities

* Create high-quality 3D architectural models and realistic visualizations.

* Develop 3D renders for villas, interiors, exteriors, landscapes and amenities.

* Create walkthroughs, animations and presentation visuals when required.

* Convert architectural drawings and concepts into 3D models.

* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create project creatives.

* Modify designs based on project and client requirements.

* Maintain consistency with project specifications, materials, lighting and layouts.

* Support the team with brochures, presentations and other visual marketing materials.
